Bennar Isa and Rowen Farms (Self Catering) near Barmouth

Bennar Isa Farm is situated 4 miles from Barmouth & Harlech and 1 mile from Dyffryn and Talybont Villages, ideally situated for touring Mid/North Wales and Snowdonia. A five minute stroll through our farm fields and boardwalk brings you to one of the loveliest beaches in Mid Wales. There are magnificent sea and mountain views from each house. The area is renowned for its outstanding scenery and natural beauty.

All three dwellings are stone built, and were originally the old farmhouse and out-buildings, before they were converted and modernised into holiday accommodation. New this season, the three properties at Bennar Isa have been fully double glazed, carpeted, and decorated throughout.

• Farmhouse [Ffermdy] sleeps 7. With 2 double bedrooms and a bedroom with double and single, tiled bathroom, shaver point, and additional wash basin in double room, fitted Kitchen/dinner with Rayburn cooker [oil included in price] which provides ample hot water, coffee machine. Open fireplace in lounge, 26" TV/DVD. Room heating. Electric via £1 coin meter.

• Cottage [Bwthyn] sleeps 6. With 2 double bedrooms on first floor and a ground floor double, tiled bathroom, shaver point, and additional wash basin in double room, fitted kitchen/dinner with Rayburn cooker [oil included in price] which provides ample hot water, coffee machine. Lounge with 22" TV/DVD. Room heating. Electric via £1 coin meter.

• Bungalow [Beudy Bach] sleeps 4. With 2 double bedrooms, bathroom, shaver point, and additional wash basin in double room, fully fitted kitchen/dinner with electric cooker. Lounge with 22" TV/DVD, with French doors leading to patio area with seating and barbeque. Room heating. Electric via £1 coin meter.

The above units are fully equipped including combination microwave, fridge, freezer, Iron and board.

Rowen Farm is situated in the delightful village of Talybont, mid way between Barmouth and Harlech. The properties are adjoining Rowen Farmhouse with a 15 min. stroll through our fields to the beach. Both dwellings are stone built and were originally the old stable and grain store before being converted to a high standard keeping the original beams and trusses. New this season- luxury fitted carpet throughout both properties.

• Granary [Ysgubor] sleeps 4. With 2 double bedrooms, bathroom, shaver point. Lounge/diner, fitted kitchen with electric cooker. Room heating. Electric via £1 coin meter.

• Stables [Hen Stabal] sleeps 4. With one large bedroom with double and bunk beds, bathroom, shaver point. Lounge/dinner, fitted kitchen/breakfast bar, with electric cooker. Room heating. Electric via £1 coin meter.

We do not supply bedlinen or towels [unless travelling outside of UK with prior notice at extra cost]. Sat-Sat Let. Booking-in time no earlier than 3pm. Units to be vacated by 11am on day of departure.

All cleaning materials and vacuum are supplied.
Short breaks available out of season [minimum 3 nights].
Christmas "Special" to include:- decorated tree, lights, garland and wreath.
